Brock Forkey has been a lifelong entrepreneur. In grade school he started selling Garbage Pail Kids and Big League Chew to kids in his class. By the time Brock was in fourth grade, he was going door to door offering his pet sitting services to the neighborhood.

After graduating from high school, Brock went into the construction industry, and kept hearing co-workers talk about rental properties. He got very excited about the real estate industry.

Brock purchased his first property in 1999 and by 2001 owned 80 properties and a laundromat. By this point he was 25 years old, with a lot of responsibility and much to learn about the business.

The first five years were really tough—trying to figure out how to select the right tenants, creating good relationships with city officials, understanding code enforcement, creating systems and processes, learning all the laws, and handling many more evictions than he should have.

In 2006, Brock started flipping properties and bought and sold hundreds of them until late 2007, when the sub-prime market crisis began.

In 2007, Brock saw the writing on the wall and knew he had to pivot. He started Real Capital Group Property Management, which he still owns today, and has expanded across Upstate New York.

Brock has a passion for coaching! He loves to teach his team, his sons, and anyone who will listen to the advice and experience he's gained over 48 years of life and 24 years in business.

At this point in his career he has worked with 1000's of property owners from around the world, and currently manages a PM company with multiple locations, and a nine figure portfolio.

At this point, Brock has made over 1,200 weeks of payroll. If you know, you know!
